Refurbishment of the Mens Luxury Collections Department

As part of the ground floor master plan at Harrods, a renovation took place to modernise the Mens Luxury Collections department. This refurbishment required working with six of the most high profile brands in the business to create Shop in Shops that reflected the core values of their brands, and also met the Harrods fit out guidelines.

My key objective was to take the project through design sign off and production, running parallel to this was the planning of merchandise and the stock build for the new spaces.

It was crucial that the build critical path was respected and both host store and brand goals were being achieved.

Running parallel to this was the trading of the department during the transitional phase through to launch.

The refurbishment was delivered on time and sales within the transitional period increased by double digits.
